I feel the best I have felt in years. My body is healing from all the abuse it has taken in the past. I'm still having a little anxiety and depression but not near as bad. I'm taking it all one day at a time. No more hang-overs...yes!!!! I'm just sitting back enjoying my new life. Hopefully I can keep it between the line, but as of now I feel good! Thanks for all the help.

My new goals are to continue sobriety , work on my depression and anxiety. I have always worked out so that's not new , but I have started a good bit more cardio. Just trying to get more healthy and stay healthy. I have not been to a meeting yet so that will also be on my to-do list.
