Hi everyone, so happy to have found this group. I'm from Canada. I have not had a drink in 6 days and don't want one ... yet. Am dealing with a few withdrawal symptoms right now which are not very pleasant. Looking forward to reading many posts and getting advice when needed. Take care.

Welcome, it’s good to see you here. There’s lots of fantastic support: keep coming to visit. I’ve found this place to be invaluable in my own recovery and I know I’m definitely not alone.
