Day two almost coming to an end.

I can no longer let my emotions control my actions. Sleep was hard yesterday but rather a couple of rough sleeps than being drunk. The uneasyness and uncomfortableness will pass. I WILL keep strong. Can’t wait for waking up tomorrow with the drive and determination to steer on, sober.

Great job on 2 days.

Be patient with yourself. The days stack up quick enough. Developing the ability to create space between our thoughts and actions takes time - so don't be too hard on yourself but do remind yourself this is a journey not a sprint.
