Creeping up on 100 days

I'm coming up on 100 days without a single drop of the Devil Water. I've managed to be one of "those" people for 98 days. I can't come up with a single negative thing about this new life. I am finally realizing what all of you guys have been talking about.
At the same time I respect what the people still struggle with every ******* day. It's hell! You can't mince words. It sucks. Hang in there, It gets so much better.
Keep reading, keep posting, keep up the fight buddies.

No creeping up on it - have a parade!

We all deserve a parade.

Way to go! Yeah, it's a long hard ride for sure. I'm actually starting to feel normal again, some 15 months later. It is worth it!

To meditate or not meditate?

Recently my crazy whack job of a sister suggested I give meditation a try. She’s a little bit of a hippy, free spirit and I kind of blew her off. But after thinking a bit, ( weird how no drinking clears the old noggin eh?) I’m looking for some sane opinions

Pretty sure I have ADD/ADHD(never diagnosed),but for me.... when I started going to AA and 'opening my mind' to sobriety.. I would be in the shower, clear headed and just think about things..for me that was prayer/meditation/whatever...it's nice to not have a foggy brain anymore.
