2 weeks/2 weekends
Still hanging in, some days are easier than others. You guys talked me down a couple times and I really appreciate it and this group. I have a lot of busywork in the upcoming week I'm actually looking forward to. I hope you are all doing well and fighting the fight.

good for you, mandy. it does get easier....we ain't lying!
make sure to plan ahead a bit for your work week.....you need good healthy meals, either packed or planned. planning is key......i am not saying we need a strict agenda, but making our days EASIER on us goes a long way!

Mandy, yes, some days are easier than others. But, in sobriety, I learned that the hard days don't last. They come and go. And, the easy days are wonderful. It's good to be busy, but make sure you take some time to just relax and 'be'.
