Never Quit Quitting........
I’m back at it. Goodbye alcohol. Life is hard enough without it. I want to be happy. I want to be proud of myself again. Sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I have great and supportive family. Time to get my life back.

Life without alcohol is surely better than one that’s pickled, no matter what the circumstances. All my very best to you. You can absolutely do this. One (sober) step at a time: it never needs to be anything more than that. Simplicity is best!
it will pass. take some pepto or make some peppermint tea. rest as much as possible right now. understand that your body HAS to go thru this detox cleansing process to eliminate the alcohol and it's toxic whatever.
you never ever have to go thru this again.

Go get sick..look at yourself in the mirror afterwards. I don't say this to sound mean..I say this as that's exactly what I did and then I started owning my 'stuff' because I was tired of 'who' was looking back at me.
I always felt better in detox when I accepted the pain I was going through was helping me to stay sober. If it were easy & painless, I don't think anyone trying would stay sober for too long.
Hang in there & be EASY with yourself.

If you truly want to keep things together, I'd take this and run with it and try and keep your life together and the family unit intact. The booze is not worth blowing the whole thing up. In my opinion.
