6 months

Thank you SR; I read your posts nightly as part of a routine. For me the development of new habits has made this easier, and only when I'm off schedule does my AV chirp at me. Hardest was at 4 months having several days off in a row. Actually got in my vehicle to go to the beer store, but I "played the tape forward" and became so disgusted with what I remembered that it was easy to go to the paint store instead. I feel stronger about being more flexible in my daily routine now, but definitely I had to be very precise in the beginning. Thank you all again!

Congratulations on 6 months, Weebes!

Playing the tape forward squashed my AV every time. I never want to go back to living or wallowing in that place ever again.

Six months is great, Weebes, and way to go with shooting down the AV. Reading here on a daily basis is part of my routine, too. A well-structured life leaves less time for drinking
