Am home from the crisis centre i couldn't stay another night not doing so good but i think i really need to sleep i just wanted to post to let you all know am ok
didnt sleep much since Monday going to have a early night

seen my psychs jr gave me medication and i have an appointment with my psych in 2 weeks time i did have an appointment in June but i could wait that long for help . not been to an aa meeting in a weeks going back to it on Monday going to bed now
