“Grubbing”
Now that I’ve been sober for awhile, I find that my appetite has returned with a vengeance.
At first, it was nonexistent but now I’m eating a lot.
‘Bout to head out to the yard and do some heavy work in a few because with the way I’m eating it’s the only thing to do.
But while I’m using that shovel, I’ll have nachos on my mind.

I think I’ve eaten my body weight in takeaway the last 7 days 🐷 not to mention the chocolate, sweets, crisps, cakes and any other full fat, full of sugar, just all round badness I can get my hands on! If you need a hand in the yard let me know 😂😂

I was the same way for a while. Your body will sort itself out eventually, I'm back to a pretty I guess what you'd call normal appetite. The first month or so after I started feeling better I ate everything, especially sweets. Our bodies are craving all that lost sugar were used to from alcohol. But, believe it or not I've actually dropped weight just from simply not drinking, even with eating so much more. Hope this helps! Keep up the great work!
