Get back to what worked for those four months. And stay with it. Your alcoholism isn't going to go away because you stopped drinking.

So sorry to hear that. What a blow. Remember that weed remains in your system for a very long time, THC is fat-soluble.

Stay on the horse. Drinking only will make things worse.
