Sundays

As I sit here on Sunday morning, drinking my coffee and recouping from a week long vacation with family, I am grateful to be hangover free.

I have spent too many of them recovering and getting myself mentally and physically ready for another week of work.

There were a few times over the week where I thought "a glass" of wine would be nice, but I played the tape forward and told the AV "no thanks, I'm good!"

I can thank this board for getting to that point mentally, so thank you to all who pass along their wisdom and experiences!

Congratulations J50 on a sober Sunday morning. It is definitely a great feeling. Here’s to many, many more.

The last sentence of your post is a bit ironic 😀

I was envisioning lifting a coffee mug when I said that, but I do now see the irony.
