Day 7 for me and I have developed a weird spot/lumpy rash over my upper chest and below my neck. Anyone else experience this ?

I think we all became hypochondriacs for a little while. Schedule an appointment with your doc if it is concerning.

I developed some issues too. Our bodies are going through stress from detoxing and not drinking and all sorts of things could pop up as a result. I agree with Forward to see your doctor if they don't go away and remain a concern.
