Day 10

Double figures!

Hanging on in there tonight there was a bit of a lull in the day earlier that I was stuck in. Pondering really, on nothing much

Feel ok now it’s mid- late evening, my brain seems to calm down at this time

Trying to stay drama free and stave cravings off

I think it was around the 3rd wk that I actually noticed a change in my thinking,looks,bank account,ect..that made it a bit easier to get through the day(s),but also when I'd normally 'fall off' in the past and repeat the misery.

Keep racking up those days! I/we promise you it will get easier with time but you will inevitably run into some days that you may feel a bit "weak", and that's where SR comes in for sure. Congrats man.
