Thanks everyone, feel stronger today, just going for another workout in a minute and then having a good tea

Feel better today and stronger without the booze. I’m proud of myself and my achievement so far

I am so very happy for you, Stewy. Very proud of you, too

Hold on tight; sobriety and recovery get better and better and better.

Just keep it your #1 priority.

THanks Soberleigh (and all the people who’ve stuck with me so far)

Means a lot

An important thing i’m Thinking about today is “do not underestimate the gravity of what I am achieving here, place the utmost importance on staying alcohol free as it is the most important thing to do to ensure my life is happy and that I am present to spend it with those around me”

Good to hear you in this mindset. The mindset where your focus is on you and how much better you can be for yourself. Hang in there and keep working at it.
