Relapse

I relapsed over Easter and have been throwing up and feeling dizzy all day. I can't do this anymore. I already completely ruined my life with two DUIs. I sold my car. I have a recovery plan, AA and counseling. I already went to counseling and have another appointment coming up. But I need your support!

can you go to an AA meeting can you call someone ? or the AA helpline for help

I'm glad you're back icewater.

I know you're sick but this is a good time to think about why you drank again ans what you might do now to prevent that happening again?

I'm sorry you relapsed.

As Dee said, you need to sit down and figure out what happened to make you drink. Then, make the changes you need to make so it doesn't happen again.

You can do this!
