Cold

Well today is my all time new record of around 6 days without a beer but weird thing is i hadn't caught a cold for 2-3 years but yesterday all of a sudden i caught a cold and it sorta sucks.

Rest and be good to yourself, but most importantly don't listen to the AV if it kicks up any thoughts of drinking to get rid of the bug. Early on I got a cold and the AV almost convinced me that what I really needed was a vodka and orange juice to kill the virus and replace it with vitamin C. I fell for that excuse while drinking....don't fall for it or any other such justifications that may enter your mind - it's just the devil on your shoulder.
