I'm 3 months sober and it's all down to you guys ....this site has saved my soul more times than you can ever imagine
I'm starting to reap the benefits ...
I feel so damn alive
My skin is glowing
I'm starting to loose weight
I was told the other day I look 10 years younger AND I actually feel it
I'm going back to school in September to do my nursing something I've always wanted to do ....
I'm a better mum / Wife /person
I've stripped myself back and this is me the real me and I love me
Do I drink???
NO ...I'm not wasting another second on that life destroying substance
It's soda water an lime for me guys

Cara,

Congrats on a kicking the physical habit.

My physical addiction was gone at 3 months.

Mentally, I was still wreck at times.

I still crave but, thanks to SR, I am knowledgeable and mentally strong

Kindling and PAWS are deep w me.

My relapses had caused so much brain damage.

It is finally getting better now, and I am still seeing progress.

Stay clean.
