Questions- Newcomer

Hi- I am wondering how I can be added to the 24 hour challenge?
and someone mentioned joining up for a class ?

I am one week sober, lots of cravings... hope those will pass. Right? Thank you for any and all hope.

Not sure how post to the Newcomer site...

Welcome survivor,
Well done on a week sober.
The cravings will be around for little while longer,
They will become less aggressive as time passes.
Last around 9 mins.
Just keep putting your sober time in and surf the urges.

You will get lots of support here, and pick up on how the website works as you go along.

Be kind to yourself
Take care

We're really glad to have you with us, Survivor.

SR saved my life when I came limping in here over 10 yrs. ago. It was such a relief to be able to discuss things with people who understood.

Welcome!
You'll find a group of very supportive, informative and "been there done that" . No judgment here- just encouragement.
