Just want to say thankyou!
Ok so I been a bit silent but ......
I'm almost 2 weeks straight, no booze, no cigarettes, gave up both cold turkey! I've been riding my bike, walking my dog, feeding ducks at the lake, collecting kerbside treasures to revamp (we have hard rubbish collection here in Melbourne), finished tiling my bathroom, plastered my lounge room and painted my bedroom with a silver glitter feature wall that I looked up on YouTube - (Did I mention I'm renovating), adopted a cockatiel and cleaned out my mother's place and found all sorts of other treasure! I've been supplementing and juicing to build my immune system up as I'm going into hospital to remove a fibroid on the 29th (**** time, as it's Easter and was planning my birthday) things have gone south with my narcissistic ex but never, never and NEVER did I think I could achieve so much, and stay so focussed through the turmoil in my life at the moment!
My view of myself after my DV relationship was almost cataclysmic as was my relationship with myself - to the brink of ending it all on numerous occasions, the hatred, the guilt, the shame of the monster that was growing inside of mebut I'm starting to feel really good and really REALLY proud of myself!
My skin is starting to look better and I'm kinda feeling great!
I know it's only been a short while but I'm determined this time - I will NEVER go back! I was on almost 3 bottles of vodka a day FFS!!
I wish I could post pics to inspire everyone., however, fundamentally I want to thank you all soooo very much - you will never have any idea how much you have all done for me!!
