Hi!

Just wanted to say that I´m doing well, It´s evening of the day 8 for me .

Funny, how time is relative, 8 days really isn´t that long, but it sure feels like forever for me. Feels like a month.

I have developed a sweettooth for icecream :O, I never used to be big fan of sweets, but now I´ve been eating a stick icecream every night. Learnt from web, that alcohol is basically a form of sugar and It´s normal to crave sweet things in the beginning.

Bad thing is, I´ve been smoking a lot more during job hours, since I got sober, don´t know why... Form of stress relief, now that drinking is out of the question?....thinking about quitting that too..

I´ll be back here to report on my two week progress .

I've been trying to quit alcohol since October ... Had one month and lots of ::2 weeks all the way and I'm back on day 3 . Buts it's also day 3 of quitting smoking... I find that when I quit drinking I smoke loads like its my treat. So I killed to birds with one stone !

Hooray, well done on 9 days and on feeling good! I'm the same way: never had a sweet tooth and am eating ice cream!? Oh well, on balance far better healthwise than alcohol

Shouldnt worry about the fags yet - lets conquer the Devil , the evil Goblins can wait a while. Whatdya think 🤔🤔🤔
