4 weeks today

Checking in , 4 weeks today without a drink , a few stressful days where i have been close to drinking but i have managed not too!!

Feeling so much better especially the mornings hangover free and i can actually look forward to the day instead of feeling terrible counting down the hours until i can have another drink!

4 weeks is a super milestone. A couple of more days and you'll have a month! My mornings are nice for me too. Aren't they great? Keep it going.
