Hope everyone is ok
Been ages since I checked in! Apologies
Things really good :-),be 12 months in a couple weeks!
Work still sucks,surrounded by same idiots there as I was when drinking,family problems still there,money problems actually worse 🤪 but ..1000% happier ! Wake up every morning ready for it with a smile,There is nothing unsolvable and as long as I do my best then that is all that I can do!
Health wise well what a turnaround , can’t keep out of man cave gym! Cycling everywhere and feel just great
Its been tough,can’t lie about that - there was some very dark days few months in but gradually little by little it got better..I very rarely think about drinking now and it’s easily pushed to one side when it does rear it’s ugly head,saying that I never let my guard down and still very much remember what a wreck I was 12 months ago
All you SRers just started out,listen to advice here..I got a lot of things said I didn’t want to hear but all true ..it’s hard we all know that but as said many times ..if I can do it from 2 bottles a nite for years and years then you can !
