Back.........again
Hey all.
Here I am again. Dont want to write a big long post about how down and rubbish I feel, you all know how that is. Just wanted to jump back on board and say hi and that I am going to start taking responsibilty for everything now and formulate a plan to make that happen.

Hi Dee. Thank you for the welcome. I think mindfulness is the key thing at the moment. Staying alert and putting up the barricades in good time before the onslaught of the AV.
At this point I am still working things out but I have absolutely had enough of the way things were up till now.
