100 day initial plan
My internet access needs to be kurbed too due to addictive behaviour.
So drink down
Sexual addiction abstinence
Smoking stopped
And off i go 100 day commitment!
I will post whenever I can get access maybe public library or my mums.

Feeling scared
Relieved
Apprehensive
Hopeful
Grateful.

Sounds like a good plan Ghoster. I'd recommend you find a local support resource too if you aren't going to be spending time with virtual suppport groups. Could be meetings, maybe therapy or counseling, maybe even a self guided program like AVRT - but keeping in contact with others going through the same thing is very helpful/important.

We've had a bit of a change around the internet for now.
Not everyone struggles with porn addiction I know but I do and yes it is made a lot worse by alcohol.
So I'm going at this 100 day plan one day at a time with my smartphone still hooked up to the net but if I have any using issues around porn my brain will still blast me with dopamine etc.
So I'm going to try to not go there and use the internet as a healthy resource.

Scott makes a great point about meetings and real life contact - I think a lot of effort & support is needed proportional to the size of the hole we dug?

maybe both AA and SA?
