1 Week !

Just a post to say "hey".

Over 1 week has past since my last drink.

Sleeping WAY better...
Which is helping my body and mind immensely.

Fog has lifted (I think)..
The last week has been a little rough.. Mainly a blah foggy feeling, seemed to be covering me. But last couple days are better.

Engaged ...
I spent the weekend doing a little remodel project with my wife. Painting etc. Amazing how much easier it is when not drinking.

OK... On with the work week ahead!
