Am a bit stunned tbh. My ex friend, ( back story the alcoholic drama fuelled one I ditched off in Europe....) phoned me this evening from somewhere in Europe. He's all full of how much he loves this place and suddenly this Finnish woman must have grabbed his phone off him and she's really drunk. Bearing in mind it is early evening there. She's screeching down the phone how she's heard so much about me and how lovely I am and how she loves my ex friend and what good time they are having.

He gets the phone off her just as I am about to hang up and tells me with admiration in his voice they got kicked out of 3 hostels cos she was dancing naked after drinking. I heard her say "does she understand the situation between us?"

Erm..yes. Oh I certainly do. Good luck lol I hang up.

It's this perpetual finding drinking buddies and discarding healthy people merry go round that never changes for active alcoholics. The noise they were both making was unbelievable. After I hung up I looked down at 2 of my cats who were both glaring at my phone before they settled back to sleep. I do not miss that noise and drama and OTT displays. If he wants a girlfriend who strips off in public I realised I'd never have made him happy.

Ugghh...Reminds me of my exAgf obviously drunk texting asking to "borrow" a few grand.When I responded back "I'm assuming you're drunk but, no." She then starting texting about how she's living her dream life...Then why you asking for money? I just ignored and finally blocked her.

Ladybird, I cant stop laughing. Being a magnet for crazy types myself, I can certainly sympathize.
