90 Days

Seems like yesterday I committed to 100 days (with the anticipation of never drinking again). At the time, I told myself 100 days to not feel overwhelmed. I’ve never felt more healthy.

Certainly being so early in recovery I have my moments. Today being one. I want a drink. But I’ll get through it.

Feeling pumped about 90 days sober!

Congratulations on 90 days!!! This is a big milestone. It is good you are recognizing those drinking thoughts, is there something you can add to your recovery plan to help you stay sober?

90 days is amazing, congratulations!!! Just curious, are you concerned about hitting 100 days and thinking "what now?" or do you have a new target? Way to go!!!

Good work - be strong.

Now is the time to change your goal to 200 days. 200 is less daunting than forever.

Yes I am at thinking about extending until 200 days.

I have a bachelor party this weekend and have already told the guys I am not drinking. They are supportive. I’ll get through it.

Then I have a family trip in March. But they are aware and very supportive. I’ll get through that.

I’ve made it through all the holidays, football, and will make it these two trips.

So next up is 200 days.

Also- the guys think I can’t drink because I started new medicine. Literally said I could die if I drink. I wanted them to know I was serious and committed. Without knowing my real reason...need that private for now.
