I am on day 25 sober. I realized after day 20 I was no longer having uncontrollable cravings for wine in the afternoon.... that was a major step. However I now need to get my eating under control..... the past two morning I have woken up in a panic after having vivid dreams where I was drinking excessively. I was so happy when I realized it was just a bad dream and I had not fallen off the wagon.

I Had those dreams. I think they are a sign that you are really serious about your recovery. It is always such a relief to find we didn't drink.

Very common! I still get them sometimes. It is weird because you wake up panicky, thinking you drank, and then realize you didn't.
Congrats on 25 days. That is huge!
