Recovery: expressing what we're feeling
1. Finding safe zones... Alanon meetings, domestic abuse help centers, etc.
2. Becoming aware of feelings... especially the awareness of how feelings are held in the body
3. Finding avenues of expression for our feelings... therapy, dance, music, meditation... time in nature... time playing... time with kids or pets... whatever lets us tap into exuberance, joy, careful releasing of pain....
