I struggled with the videos a bit last week, more with the presentation than the content though I think. I quite liked the meditations, although I seem to be mostly doing silent meditations with timing bells on 'Insight Timer' lately.

I'm still doing my Chakra meditations so I'm yet to practice the ones here, but I have been following along the videos and the reading materials...even taking a few notes! Looking forward to Week 7 ~ Thanks again
I've been doing the same - silent meditations with bells on same app. I need to be more disciplined in my practice though. My priority is still coffee in the mornings!
I'll try combing the two and try to drink it mindfully: noticing the warmth of the cup, the rising steam, the aroma and taste. Maybe this is a way to change coffee from jazzing me up to making me calm and relaxed!
