Hi All,
I am on day 6 and going to turn off the phone and stay in all weekend [whatever it takes right].In addition, I will attend online AA and detox with lemon water.I make a solid commitment that I, will not drink just for this weekend no matter what ! and when next week come's, I will think about that next week and make a plan come Monday.Stay strong my friends we can do this together.

Good on you mate, think I'm the same. Normally with the rugby coming on this weekend Id go on a bender, but locking myself away this weekend. We can do it mate !!

Good plan, jhonnyspa! I did the same thing, no drinking no matter what. I also stayed at home until I could trust myself to venture out.

Not looking too far ahead also helped me. Kept my stress levels down and one day seemed achievable.

Thats was my weekend plan for a while too jhonnyspa.
Try to get some fun stuff in there too tho - I found things to amuse me, or at least, occupy me, around the house.
