I've been sick as hell the past few days(3?). Caught the flu or something from my daughter. The almost constant cough so bad I feel like I've bruised my ribs(similar to the liver/panc feelings I've had in the past). Sleep has been non existent since tue night basically. Hot flashes turning to cold chills in a matter of minutes(night sweats). No appetite/eating really(I've forced some stuff down). Nausea after eating,ect..Finally gave away my 'man card' yesterday and talked to my doc,so I'm on some meds now. I'm about 45% today and took the rest of the week off.. What a reminder of the multiple times I've drank myself to feeling like this over something I do have some 'control' over.. Madness!
