Day 7!

I know it’s not much but it’s a lot to me. One complete week sober now done and dusted. Sweats have stopped (insomnia persists though?) it’s the longest I’ve been without alcohol through choice for as long as I can remember. And remembering is kind of hazy because I was usually drunk/hungover! Bring on week 2! Feeling determined 😊 hope you’re all doing well tonight everyone! X

here’s to another 7 and then another etc etc. I am always in awe of people who can stop without rehab. I don’t know you at all but an Australian is very inspired by you right now. Congrats x

7 days is a lot, don't minimize it. I'm only on day 4 over here. If you took all of the 7 day sober stretches I've had over the last 2 or 3 years, you wouldn't have many of them. So congratulations and keep it up!
