I didn't watch the Grammys last night but on the news this morning there was a recap. The song that has been getting me through this that makes me cry every time but also makes me feel strong is Praying by Kesha. I loved her dance music however this is something completely different its very powerful and intimate when I first heard it I couldn't believe it was Kesha singing it. She's singing about her sexual assault but the words are so poignant for all of us here. I have included a link to the song and am posting the lyrics. BTW so excited bought tickets for DD18 and me to see her in June. Cant wait!

It was a very moving performance. I think the best of the night because of how open and raw the emotions of the song are.
