My emotions are literally everywhere. I cannot focus and I just want to eat everything. How long does it take to level out? I do anything and everything to keep me distracted or busy. I write every morning and then I run. It helps for a bit, but then I get anxious again.

I think it varies from person to person. I felt progressively better after a week but if I'm honest the up and down emotions didn't level out completely until around 3 months.

If that sounds like a long time, you have to consider I'd drink for 20 years so I thought that was a pretty good deal

11 days is great! What you are going through is really normal for the few months. It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Vitamins helped me too.

I would talk to your doctor about it because we are not suppose to give medical advice on the forums...but I personally took a multivitamin, fish oil , and B vitamins.
