50 days sober

50 days sober. Not a lot of time really but if it wasn't 50 days sober then it would have been 50 days of drinking. Like a lot of what I read here I am lonely, not doing aa but AVRT which so far is working. When I think back to the first week and the insane physical craving to drink I realize alot of progress. Joined a gym today, maybe that will help with the boredom. Reading again, working again. What to do with the free time? Girlfriend would be nice, maybe more than one.

I use AVRT,AA and whatever else I can. All have really helped me out a lot! I only go to AA when,like you, I'm feeling a bit lonely..I can talk to some like minded folks f2f.
