On day 2

Hey guys all is well I’m already feeling better on day 2. I woke up this morning and actually felt like cooking for my wife and I. I love to cook and actually went to culinary school but that’s also something that alcohol ruined. So wish me luck on day 2

Congrats on day 2. I spent a year in culinary school; it's where my drinking really took off I do still enjoy cooking though. Maybe use that as a diversion when the cravings pop up?

Good job and now you are on your way. If you fin the time I think its worth spend an hour or so each day reading around this site. You will learn a lot and it will help prepare you for what you are dealing with.
