PTSD - people upstairs drunk on drugs - triggered
av been awake since 5am people upstairs shouting and singing , banging feel triggered badly my husband went to bed at 3 am so he trying to get some sleep
the people upstairs are on drugs or there drunk this has triggered my PTSD want so much to hide away somewhere safe ...i dont feel safe with all this going on i would listen to music through head phone but am too scared to i know the door is locked but am kinda scared they will break in
cant phone the police because they will know its me and my husband who called them
they do this a lot i moved to this house 8 years ago to get away from pubs and drunk people shoutting at 5 am in the morning they moved in last year its not every night but its effecting my mental health
