I have been doing a slow purge in my condo so I think I will continue.

I love the feeling of going through a bunch of *stuff* and finding out how much is useless. Out it goes!

Resting, it's been a challenging week and I have had some upper back pain from poor posture at work.
I hope to let the ole bod heal so I can feel free of the pain.

For the weekend? Currently sitting on the couch, kids are watching some steqmpunky style cartoons with me, Heading off to a BBQ later, Sunday is up in the air, but will probably involve lots of coffee, a walk and probably cleaning my garage out a bit.... happy day 129!
