Day off
Today I took a day off from everything.
Absolutely lazy day

Into 17 days sober

Is it to be expected a day where you feel exhausted and want to recharge?

Lots to do tomorrow so no excuses.

I would LOVE to have a day of doing absolutely nothing Please enjoy it, you deserve it

Just in life I need/want recharge days regardless of sobriety, HA!

I get wary taking days off that I won't get started again. Need a kick up the backside Haha

I'm playing mental gymnastics on if I want to go into 'work' today,or just stay home and do some stuff around here(i.e netflix/video games). It's nice to just chill when we can addict or not.

I felt exhausted for my first 30 days - so a day off if you can swing it is probably a good idea
