Well I tried to post a link but I'm not allowed. NYdaily has a long article printed about the physical benefits of giving up alcohol. "It's better than botox".

Some motivation even though it may be vain. I think I'm already seeing a difference. My eyes are definitely brighter!

I am of the school, there is nothing wrong with being vain!

I noticed major improvements in my skin after the first month, for month two I decided to help it along with some work.

The hydration from not drinking, the cleansing of the liver of toxins, it all combines to make us look phenomenal. I had to help one little wrinkle on his way to saying goodbye for 6-8 months but he had visibly improved before that!

I love looking at the before and after pics - Reddit did a great thread and some of the transformations were mind blowing.

Thank you for this Mac, I haven't laughed this hard all day! No doubt storm drain water is very cleansing for the skin.

I don't know how vain I am, but I'm glad my eyes are no longer bright yellow...

Nothing wrong with wanting to look your best! Alcohol makes everything worse, including our physical appearance. I had horrible rosacea that cleared up beautifully when I quit drinking; my eyes became brighter and my new-found happiness and confidence showed in my outward appearance.
