Carol,

Way to go.

By the time I decided to quit, for the last time..it took well over a year to bounce back.

The brain damage was so deep. My brain had to do a ton of rewiring to get back to this state of normalcy.

I quit once years ago for 8 months. It was so easy I decided to start again.

Biggest mistake of my life.

Thankfully, I cared about myself enough this time to Google and find sr.

Imo...Wanting to quit is half the battle won.

Seeking knowledge about how to stay quit, got me this far...so far.

Addict for life.

Thanks.

Cara,
Awesome job and don’t worry too much about the sugar cravings. After a while (3 - 6 months, depending) your body will be back in its natural balance and they’ll be gone.
