I had a lot of false starts and hopes in the past, so i'm just gonna leave it here.

Great decision. My experience in sobriety, is that life is a succession of “nows”. I never drink “now”. Crying for yesterday is dwelling in the past, lamenting the past. Once I consigned the past to history and refused to acknowledge thoughts and feelings that wanted to relive it: therein lay my strength and I was able to move forwards and,live in the “now” and hope for the “future”.
