Another Day 1

I joined this forum in 2014 and while I have had several successful weeks of not drinking, once again I find myself at yet another Day 1. I have browsed the forum on many occasions, but have been afraid to commit to a 1st day. Here's my commitment post. (gulp!)

I am presently having so much anxiety that I'm not sure whether its a withdrawal symptom or anxiety from anticipating withdrawal.

Welcome Rar,

I know what you mean about the anxiety but I’m sure you know after your last attempt it does get better.

Let’s not put ourselves back into this position.

On day 13 today myself and struggling.

Good luck and hopefully this will be your last day one.

Hi Rar. I sure understand what you mean about fearing the commitment. But I trust the people here and know that there is a good end in site. (I have lived sober too) Have a good day!
