Day 119! QUESTION FOR MY SOBER PEOPLE!
- waking up without a hangover, every single day!
- no worries about answering the phone at night, now I remember every phone call!
- never having to plan my life around, where, when, how am I gonna drink!
I could go on all day about this

There are so many things...I cant choose just one, so:
1) Mood stability and resilience.
2) The feeling that I'm actually participating in my own life, instead of being a spectator witnessing a tragedy.

My favorite part of sobriety is I have my self-control back. When I was drinking I lost all my self-control when it came to drugs, women, money etc... but when I am sober one of my biggest strengths is my discipline and ability to control my emotions/urges.
It obviously hasn't come back as quickly as I'd like but I know the longer I am sober the more my self-control will come back and I am grateful for that. I thought I lost it forever not too long ago.
