Woke up this morning feeling sleepy but in a good way, it was nice to snuggle up in bed. Now I'm up and about I'm feeling really positive, happy and productive. This is the ME I remember! Finally after years of struggle and turmoil I feel I have myself back. I think for me the loss of who I really was the grief that kept me in such a self destructive cycle. Now I have ME back I'm holding on for dear life and never letting go again, I refuse to lose myself EVER again. Here's to finding ourselves!

Thanks August. Yeah I'm pretty unstoppable once I make my mind up......shame it took so long but i don't dwell. The negative experiences I endured were necessary for my growth.
