Hey all . This is so hard . 5 weeks afyer he left he contacted me day before Christmas eve . Was doing kinda o right having good and bad days . Not a good day today . I know what I need to do . He says he's a changed man and doesn't drink at all but things don't make sense . I want to believe him but I don't think I do . Why is it that I miss him so much when he never put me first or treated me like I should be . How can someone miss a bad thing!!! Knowing it makes them unhappy. The relationship was so so difficult . And know all's I've done today is cry and think and cry some more . I was doing well . I really was . I can't keep this up it will make me bad . Feeling pretty alone tonight .

I'm sorry you are feeling bad tonight. I hear lots of good things in your post though. I hear that you know you deserve to be treated well, and you are absolutely right!

I once heard/read (can't remember) "that which retreats from us we pursue".

Maybe you should tell him that all options could be on the table - but it would take a much longer and clearer recovery record for you to even consider it?

I suppose I am saying - buy yourself some time and rush into nothing at all (either way).

Thanks sent back from the UK. Justvgitta stop delwellibg tonight as this is no good at all . Going to do something I like in a while try to take my mind off all this . I won't do that I'm stronger now it's just messes with my emotions .
