Day 3

Good Morning y'all. Just checking in, having a coffee before I'm off to work. Starting my Day 3 again. Which is fine. First time in about a month that I have been taking a serious attempt with staying sober. Slept like crap last night, woke up feeling like I got hit by a dump truck. LOL. stiff, sore knees, ankles. I hate pills so I hope I can just deal with the pain as part of the whole process. Anyways have a good day everybody!

Congrats on another day sober. Day 3 here, too Slept like crap, woke up in a pool of sweat with the sheets and pillows soaked. Still feels better than a hangover. I feel bad for you about the pain, I also don't like to take pills. Hopefully you'll loosen up as the day goes on. Let's not drink today.

Day 3 here. I am in an unbelievable fog, have a headache, just...blah. I've been eating junk food, which I think might make me feel better, but it doesn't. I did drink lots of water earlier in the day, time for some more I think!

Great job so far. Sleep for me was hellish for a few weeks and fatigue is heavy even when you do get some zzzzzz’s.

Won’t be long till that is all in the rear view mirror though and you will be feeling better.
It’s worth it.
