OldCoach Did Not Give Up!

Hey All, Update.

It is a new day one. But, all the poison is out of the house.

I went to two meetings yesterday.

Already went to one today.

Got myself a ten year sober sponsor.

Time to cut out the BS and rejoin the living.

Thanks for the support and even strong talk I got here.

Thanks!

Never give up on getting sober for good. It's worth the effort.

you NEVER have to do day 1 again!
with that sponsor, PLEASE dont be afraid to call him. make him earn combat pay even!
the phone is lighter then a bottle and much better solutions, too.
and if he doesnt answer, leave a message and call someone else,eh?

Excellent!! Tough to get sober alone, never worked for me anyway. But sobriety happen when I engaged here with others! Nice job!
