Day 1 of 90 in 90

I stopped the Antabuse
Checked in with my therapist about it and he was cool
Talked to my sponsor who suggested I ask for accountability help in the meetings
I shared that I needed support
Got a commitment’
I feel good about this.

You sound together and determined.

Keep inspiring yourself with such honesty (and others around you on here too).

Thank you for your honesty and positivity. It helps me to be around people like you and your message this morning.

Regards,

JT

Great start Press. As Tony said, I love being in meetings with people with your positivity and eagerness. You're on fire and don't let up on the gas pedal. Keep coming back I look forward to your updates.

I stopped the Antabuse

Just out of curiosity, why? I may be mistaken but I thought in your previous threads you seemed to falter when you missed a dose or thought of stopping?

I was worried about the effects on my body. I felt tired and sick. I also felt it was getting in the way of me diving into recovery.

Hi Press,
Congrats on making a full commitment to the program and putting yourself as they say "in the middle of the boat". I know for me as i went to more and more meetings i met more and more people and they further solidified my sobriety by having a network of sober friends.
Good Luck!
Garrison
